The sky lit up, but it was fireworks, not bombings, that colored the Baghdad skyline late Monday night as thousands of Iraqis partied in a park where singers performed patriotic songs. This is the day that Iraqis assume full responsibility for there own security; US forces are now only in reserve. At the same time, though, four American soldiers were killed in combat in the area.
