Veterans Day is a day to, well, honor veterans. We remember those who have given the last full measure of devotion on Memorial Day. Veterans Day is when we honor those vets who are still with us. All who have worn the uniform of the US military are veterans. Whether the person volunteered or was drafted, whether the person served overseas, in time of war, or in combat, it’s all the same. We were ready to give our lives in support of our nation. I salute all veterans.
