Effective Date: October 20, 2025 | Last Updated: October 20, 2025

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy governs how Talk Media Network, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles claims of copyright infringement on our website, www.talkmedianetwork.com (“Website”), and any client or partner websites that we design, produce, or maintain. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512). By using our Website or services, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Website or on a client website managed by us infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated DMCA Agent. Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a description or link to the original work).
  • Identification of the infringing material, including its specific location on our Website or a client website (e.g., a URL or screenshot).
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated DMCA Agent:

DMCA Agent
Talk Media Network, LLC
Email: joshleng@talkmedianetwork.com
Website: talkmedianetwork.com/contact
Location: State of Michigan, USA

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing material.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or Kalamazoo County, Michigan, if outside the U.S.).
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Send counter-notifications to the DMCA Agent listed above. If valid, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access to our Website or services for users or clients who repeatedly infringe on copyrights, consistent with our Terms of Use.
