Some people have no shame; others are just plain thieves. Take for example an individual name Juan Reed who owns a “company referred to as Phoenix Intelligence Group and/or the Phoenix Intelligence Institute. He says he works with many former Special Operations folks from all the Services plus law enforcement. Mr. Reed was working a scam involving contacts with law enforcement agencies in Arizona, this after seeking a Homeland Security grant. I ran into this individual as well, he claims to own his own company and is just a flat out liar. He tries to be a perfect gentlement and swindle women to let him move in with them because he doesn’t have anywhere to live even though he claims to have three homes. I quickly realized that he was a liar and a very sick individual and ended my friendship with him.
