Film Assignment for October

Troops, your viewing assignment for October is to watch Walking Point.

Walking Point is a story of love, loss, and victory. This short film centers around Private John Markle, a young marine assigned to the war dog platoon that helped liberate Guam from the clutches of the Japanese Empire. He made two promises before he left. One, to return Duke to the patriotic family that donated him to the Armed Forces. And secondly, to return safe and marry Emily, a Dogs for Defense canine trainer who stole his heart. This short story is based on the multi award winning feature screenplay, short screenplay, and novel by writer, director, and producer, RJ Nevens, Jr.

Your duty is to watch the film, then email your thoughts and comments to me at denny@frontlinesoffreedom.com.  We’ll review it on the last show of the month.
