Sheep for peace

In Afhganistan’s Aghdis Province a Spanish government team provided aid to 20 families of terrorists who had decided to lay down their weapons and cooperate with the Afgan government. Provided to the families were supplies such as sheep, rice, blankets, and tents. The gifts were made in public to demonstrate the benefits of living in peace and to recognize those who have made this decision. This should work, as long as the population can be defended. If the terrorists are allowed to come back in force, this will all be for naught.
