The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group arrived in the Mideast last week; it carries carries 8 squadrons of aircraft and adds some teeth to the statement of CENTCOM’s General David Petraeus, when he said that the storage tunnels that Iran has built to protect its nuclear infrastructure can be taken out. The general would not comment on whether Israel will attack them. It’s all a question of the proper capacity–not if there is a way to do so. Stay tuned.
