On 12 May near Kunduz, Afghanistan, and Afghan/US patrol was checking out a lead about the presence of a senior Taliban leader being in a small village. As they approached the village they began taking fire from the local mosque as well as a local field. The result was over 2 dozen Taliban were killed and a number captured. What are the values of people who will fight from a place of worship? I say such people are evil–and the local people know that, too.
