The US and South Korea have military exercises scheduled for this coming weekend. North Korea has warned us to cancel the exercises–and to end any talk of sanctions against N. Korea; to fail to follow these orders will cause the region to be destabilized, says the North Korean dictator.
This is obviously a bunch of his continuing bluster. Like all dictators he demands and/or promises what ever comes to his mind–then he does whatever he feels like.
