I continue to be amazed at how little anything military has penetrated the mind of Senator Obama. He was raised in Hawaii. Most Hawaiians and many Americans know that on 7 Dec 1941 the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor (in Hawaii). Many, many Japanese planes dropped bombs and torpedos on the US Pacific Fleet and the military installations ashore. That ushered in the US involvement in World War II. The war ended when the US dropped an Atomic bomb first on Hiroshima and then on Nagasaki–63 years ago right now.br /br /Senator Obama recently referred to when “the bomb” was dropped on Pearl Harbor. If only one bomb had been dropped, we probably wouldn’t have entered World War II.
