I wonder where the money went? Pentagon auditors have found at least $6 billion in questionable charges generated by contractors’ sloppy accounting or, worse, attempts to bilk the military. Yet, the Pentagon has done a poor job of recovering the money and forcing companies to improve. How could this be? Surely we can spend the money to recover money and monitoring companies spending billions of our dollars. Maybe it’s time to ask your congress-critter what’s going on at the pentagon.
