So the US District Court in Arizona has emasculated the reasonable Arizona law that simply works in concert with existing federal laws. Folks, this is why we need to pay attention to the persons who are put in federal judgeships; too many of them, like this one, has no concept of living by the law in the real world. Arizona will appeal to the wildly liberal 9th Circuit who will, of course, rule against the state. Then it will go to the US Supreme Court–where, maybe, perhaps, there are still a few thinking justices. This is not a good day for legal residents of America.
